Testimony and psychological assessment
Analysis may examine how testimony was obtained and the reasoning in expert opinions. Psychological assessment is not a lie detector and does not replace judicial evaluation.
Defence and technical review
Counsel directs the procedural strategy. Expert work addresses specific questions concerning injury, memory, abilities or methodology, with defined sources and limits.
